Why are pieces sold as complete sets?
Each Tairana set is designed as a whole — top and bottom cut to move together, from a celebration to an ordinary evening. Sets keep the silhouette the way it was designed to be worn.
What if I'm between sizes?
Go by your waist. On every piece the waist is cut true and isn't altered — that is what keeps the line of the garment as it was designed. Everything else has room: the side seams carry about three inches of allowance, so a tailor can bring the bust and hip to you either way. The size reference is on every product page and in the size guide, and you're welcome to email us your measurements before ordering — we'll give you our best recommendation. It is a recommendation, though, not a guarantee: the final choice of size is yours, and a size that doesn't suit isn't returnable.
Why is everything final sale?
Each set is made in a small run of three to four pieces per size. There is no warehouse of spares — which is why we publish a clear size reference, honest fabric guidance, and cut the side seams with tailoring allowance.
Will my size be restocked?
Only by demand. When a size sells out, a waitlist opens on its product page — if enough of you ask, we cut one more small run; otherwise we move on to new pieces. The first run is the sure one.
What if something isn't right when it arrives?
Every piece is checked by hand before it ships, so this should be rare — but if something arrives that shouldn't have passed our check, we'll make it right. Just write to hello@byjuhic.com with a photo and we'll sort it out with you. Fit and change of heart are different — those stay final sale, and that's what the tailoring allowance and your styling session are for.
Where do you ship, and how fast?
Across the United States, free and tracked, within 3–5 days of your order. Every set ships in a branded garment bag on a wooden hanger, packed with care. Outside the US? Write to hello@byjuhic.com with the set, your size and your country, and we'll see what we can do.
How do I care for my set?
Each product page lists care for its specific fabric. As a rule: dry clean or gentle hand wash cold, steam low, store hanging in the garment bag it arrives in. Our fabrics soften and relax beautifully with wear.
Can I talk to a person before ordering?
