Plainly stated.
Small-run clothing deserves clear terms. Here they are, without fine print.
Final sale
Every piece is final sale. Each set is made in a small run of three to four pieces per size — runs too small to hold spares for exchanges. In its place we offer what mass brands can't: a clear size reference on every product page, honest guidance on how each fabric behaves, and about three inches of tailoring allowance in the side seams so your set can be fitted precisely to you.
If something arrives wrong
Every piece is checked by hand before it leaves us, so this should be rare — but if it happens, it's ours to fix, not yours to absorb. Write to hello@byjuhic.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace the piece if your size is still available, or refund you in full if it isn't. Return shipping is on us.
This covers anything that shouldn't have passed our check: a seam that gives, a broken closure, a flaw or mark in the fabric, damage in transit, or the wrong piece or size in the box.
What it doesn't cover is fit, or a change of heart — those are final sale, and they're what the tailoring allowance and your styling session with Juhi are for. Because every piece is cut and finished by hand, small irregularities in stitch or drape are part of how it's made, not a fault.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States — free, tracked, within 3–5 days of your order. Every set arrives in a branded garment bag on a wooden hanger, packed with care. Outside the US? Write to hello@byjuhic.com with the set, your size and your country. Where we can arrange delivery, we'll quote the shipping and any duties honestly before you commit; customs charges on arrival are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.
Choosing your size
Choosing your size is yours to make, and we give you everything we can to get it right: a clear size reference on every product page, a complete size chart, what our model Renee wears and her height, and help before you order — email us your measurements, or book a fit call, and we'll share our best guidance.
That guidance is exactly that — a recommendation based on the measurements you give us, not a guarantee of fit. Bodies and preferences differ, and the final choice is yours. A size that doesn't suit you isn't a fault in the garment, so it isn't returnable or exchangeable. It is, however, exactly what the three inches of side-seam allowance are for — and your styling session with Juhi will walk you and your tailor through it.
Tailoring & alterations
Your set is built expecting a tailor's hands — that's what the side-seam allowance is for. Alterations by your local tailor don't void anything; they're the point. Keep the care card; it notes seam construction for your tailor.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All transactions are processed over secure checkout; we never see or store your card details.
