Agreeing to these terms

By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order. We may update them; the version published when you order is the version that applies to that order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A sale is made only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full — where an item is unavailable, where price or description was materially wrong, or where we suspect fraud.

Each set is sold complete. Individual pieces are not sold separately.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any duties or import taxes charged by your country. Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal, which also accepts major cards without a PayPal account. We may correct an obviously mistaken price before dispatch, and will tell you before charging you.

Delivery

We ship within the United States, tracked and free, and aim to dispatch within three to five days. Deliveries outside the United States are arranged individually by email and quoted before you commit. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged on arrival are set by your country, are the recipient's responsibility, and cannot be predicted or refunded by us. We declare every shipment honestly and cannot mark a parcel as a gift or understate its value.

Final sale

Because each set is made in a small run, all sales are final: we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or for a size that does not suit. In its place we give you a size reference, a size guide, honest fabric guidance, a size recommendation on request, and about three inches of tailoring allowance in the side seams. Choosing your size is your decision, and our recommendation is guidance rather than a guarantee.

This does not affect any rights you have under the law of your own country where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described. If something arrives wrong, write to hello@byjuhic.com within seven days with photographs and we will make it right.

The nature of what you are buying

These garments are made by hand in small runs from natural fabrics. Slight variation in colour, weave, drape and placement of hand-set detail is inherent to the work and is not a fault. Linen creases; that is its character. Screen colours vary between devices.

Our content

All photography, text, design and the by JuhiC name and marks belong to us or our photographers and may not be copied, reused or used commercially without written permission. You are welcome to share our pages and images socially with credit.

Using the site

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully. We may withdraw access where someone does.

Our responsibility to you

We stand behind what we make. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction — except where the mandatory consumer law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
